The mission of the Southern Nevada Officials
Association is to improve the over-all quality of our officials.
These are the steps to reach our mission: •Identifying, observing, evaluating and continuation of training of our
officials, in order to assist them in moving up the rank in their
perspective sport(s).
•Providing consistency in the interpretation of the
rules that govern their perspective sport by educating each official.
•Promoting better communication skills that will allow our officials to
do a more effective job in communicating with coaches and student athletes.
